Thought for the day: Eddie Soloway’s secrets of better nature photography
Eddie spoke at an online seminar recently. This is his highlights on taking better ‘intimate landscapes’ photos:
- Slow down
- Pay attention
- Go back
- Be playful
- Be thoughtful
- Make a commitment (as to what you are doing with your photographs)
Eddie Soloway is an excellent photographer and teacher. My wife and I have taken workshops from him and hope to do so again in the future.
Eddie defines intimate landscapes as landscapes when you don’t see the sky in the picture.
